A few weeks ago, we mentioned that Flippa’s Operations Manager, Andrew Knibbe, was headed to Las Vegas for Affiliate Summit West, where he gave a presentation entitled How are Websites Making Money. Back home in Melbourne, we thought that other Flippa users would be interested in the presentation, so we sent out an invitation for our first local meetup.

With about 55 attendees, it was standing-room-only in our small meeting room, but we were all so focused on the presentation that no one seemed to mind!

Once the presentation was over, our guests stayed around for a few hours chatting with Flippa staff and with each other. It was a great occasion for us to get to know our local members!
